I’ve had great experiences here for nails, but the back massage and head spa were very disappointing. The massage was far too light, and when I asked for more pressure, it felt like my requests were ignored. During the head spa, water kept spraying onto my face, and despite repeatedly saying I didn’t want water on my face or a cloth over my eyes, both continued. The hair drying was extremely slow, the brush kept breaking, and I left feeling stressed rather than relaxed.
