Was ok. I felt a bit rushed although there wasn't anyone else in the salon. The shape wasn't exactly what I wanted although I tried to explain multiple times (and showed photos). The products they use are high quality and the manicure itself is sanitary. Overall was an ok experience (although still rushed) - nothing special but not terrible either.
