I asked for a soft beige blonde and brought a clear reference photo. After the first appointment my hair came out orange with thick, rope-like highlights. A corrective appointment didn't fix it as pink tones appeared after the first wash. I also feel my hair's condition suffered. When I asked for a refund, I got no reply for a week, no apology, just a warning that leaving a bad review could mean legal action. Before/after photos included. A disappointing experience overall.
