The therapists were very charming and kind, however this was not the kind of mani pedi I would expect in a spa setting….the set up is uncomfortable and haphazard, you sit on a bench not particularly comfortable and the semi permanent machine is balanced on a cushion on your lap, pretty uncomfortable, unfortunately during the manicure 3 of my cuticles were cut and bled and then scabbed over not a great look, the semi permanent manicure chipped and peeled within 48hrs! Not relaxing/good quality
