- treatment was finished after 60min instead of 80min ( 50min massage & 30min facial),
- I suffered from aches in stomach due to an operation and asked to focus on neck and back; the lady said it 'would be very hard to fill 50min with only a massage for the neck en back',
- during the massage there was no power applied and the lady was very uninterested/ motivated

L'accueil est irréprochable. Dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel, on m'a offert un café en attendant mon amie avec qui j'avais réservé un accès spa puis massage. Les équipements sont parfaits (jacuzzi, hammam, piscine). Et un grand merci à Claudiane et Lou pour leur gentillesse et leur expertise. le massage était parfait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter;
