The Girl that did my mail was not rosa, another girl that was the only one working without using gloves. She asked me since I seated for 5 times which colour I wanted to do while I was clearly still looking at their palette and it was just 3 mins I entered. Anytime I made a remark she was talking in her language with the others and I assume about me. What she did was not what asked, no treatment before putting the nail polish, the skin around each nail was worst after and 2 nails Blooding.
