I was pleased at first with the welcome and salon. However, I had a manicure and the ‘more experienced’ lady cut me badly on my cuticles (3 in particular with blood) which I’ve never had before and I felt she didn’t care too much and my fingers still hurt and I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation.
