On m’a cassé un ongle pendant la prestation, qui a été corrigé pendant le BIAB, mais certains ongles sont limés de manière inégale (pointe de mes ongles en amandes de travers) + bulles à cause du BIAB, que j’ai vu une fois sortie du salon.

I honestly don’t know why all these salons are rated so high.
If you’re offering BIAB I expect you have a basic knowledge of the proper procedure. In stead of taking my previous biab off with a special product, they decided to file it off with a nail drill. My nails kept getting hot as they were thinning it. After putting the builder gel on, they equalize it.. again with a nail drill! If they would put it on properly, there would be no need for this. Incredible damaging for the nails.
