Really disappointing experience. I didn’t get the light bear trim I asked for - suddenly I had almost no beard when looking in the mirror. Shocked and disappointed I decided to just go with the flow. But the during the service I was even cut on my face. The execution was very rough and I beard hair was flying all over in my face during the seance, getting in my nose and eyes. Overall, I did not feel cared for or listened to. Unfortunately, Do NOT go here!
