Terrible facial experience that ended in severe, unusual bruising, a far cry from typical spa treatment marks. Practitioner was extremely aggressive. I was left alone for most of the treatment. Despite my discomfort and tears, the aggressive approach was dismissed as 'normal' by staff—a claim contradicted by years of my experiences. Felt dehumanized, treated more like cattle than a client. An utterly distressing and painful ordeal. Strongly advise against it.
