I waited 30 minutes before anyone attended to me — one woman pretended to help while the girl assigned to me finished another client's service, with no explanation. The work itself took long and the quality was poor. To top it off, after over an hour and after removing the gel, I was told that getting color (not just the refill) would cost an extra €20. Disorganized and disappointing experience.
