Come here quite often but today a new woman did my nails. Massacred me! Made three of my fingers bleed and the final manicure is rubbish quality. Will make sure I don’t get her again. Usually love this place though!

I booked a 10:30 appointment and waited at that time outside as the still wasn’t open, waited 40 mins then left. Came back in the afternoon and paid 60€ for what was meant to be a removal and refill eyelash extensions, they were cut so short and they didn’t even take off my old lashes. Very disappointed with the service staff were so rude and uninviting.
