Je réserve pour un certain horaire et clairement la personne n’était pas prête. Si je n’avais pas insisté après 5min de retard déjà pour être prise, la personne comptait me faire encore attendre 15/20min. Bon soin mais pas sûre de revenir vu le manque d’organisation.
