Honestly I wonder if they have fake reviews? Worst issue: hygiene - I literally watched as utensils were not disinfected then used again on next client. Plastic "hand bowls" were merely emptied of water and put on side, no soap or disinfecting. Then, the exact same plastic bowl I used (and didnt wash my hands before) used for next client/put her hands in them. Viruses, bacteria, etc. do not go away with cold water rinsing! The people working there are rough but my nails look good.
