No brushing was included, when I said it says it includes brushing with round brush they called their senior for advise and after making me wait for half hour said it’s not possible but overall treatment was pleasant, they offered tea as well - but the lady that gave tea did not like that she had to make an effort to put hot water and tea bag in a cup ;)
