Personnel adorable et compétent, accueil très moyen,
L'établissement est petit et mériterait plus d'entretien des locaux, très bonne hygiène. Je n'ai pas souffert du manque cruel d'organisation, mais cela se ressent, le personnel est vraiment sous pression, c'est un peu l'usine.

No cleaning of equipment before use. Chinese staff does not speak FRENCH. The operator could not remove my previous nail polish and asked me how to do it, whether he had to use the electric machine or not. The place does not accept cash nor issues a receipt. There is a cat going around the place and it smells bad. The only normal person is the girl at the cashier

Annie est très méticuleuse et professionnelle. La seconde fois, j'ai été prise en charge par Duong qui est très rapide et méticuleuse également. Je recommande ce centre !

Coming into the salon, it was busy and there was a wait (30~40 mins after my booked time) so I actually had to book for the next day as I had work. I came back the next day and still had some waiting. I was initially put off by this but Annie was very nice about it all and put me at ease straight away. The wax was one of the best I’ve ever had and even after the delay I would go back again. I’d recommend anyone to go here, just maybe not on the weekend or be prepared for some delay!
