When I the woman who did my hair was rude and incredibly harsh on my hair. Multiple times she pulled and ripped my hair. While in the bowl she continued to rip my hair a part and took no attempts to detangle with a comb, I had a few tangles from being on the plane but nothing major. I eventually took the brush from her and brushed my hair myself to prevent additional damage to my hair.

Super expérience ! Au départ j'ai eu un peu peur que cela ne réponde pas à mes besoins mais Karouna a su me conseiller pour que je sorte satisfaite, merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et prévenance

Une catastrophe tout simplement. Je suis venue pour un carré droit, au-dessous du menton... Et j'en suis sortie avec une coupe ni carré, ni droite, et bien au-dessus du menton. J'ai dû aller rattraper tout ça chez un autre coiffeur et donc payer 2 prestations au total. Je ne recommande pas du tout, il ne s'agit pas d'un salon de coiffure (ni vraies compétences ni vrai matériel dédié).
