I book the appointment just 1h before it, and when I arrived the lady told me I would have to wait for 30 mins. I said I could not wait, and she stopped the service she was doing at cut my bangs in 2 minutes. The result is awful, the sides are uneven and is way shorter than what I asked for. Awful experience.

Coupe de la frange bâclée, pas de dégradé fait je me suis retrouvée avec une frange en escalier que j’ai dû rattraper moi même par la suite ! Je ne recommande pas

When I the woman who did my hair was rude and incredibly harsh on my hair. Multiple times she pulled and ripped my hair. While in the bowl she continued to rip my hair a part and took no attempts to detangle with a comb, I had a few tangles from being on the plane but nothing major. I eventually took the brush from her and brushed my hair myself to prevent additional damage to my hair.
