Hygiene was really an issue since I sat down. Tools were just all put in a big jar with alcohol. I'd really prefer not to see the pieces of nails on the bottom of the jar... but it's just places in front of me.
Missing base coat, missing nail cleaning liquid after manicure session.
The staffs look lost what they should do with my nails or don't know where to find certain things such as nail polish. The girl who served me was trying hard, but you can feel that she was just following the protocol instead of knowing what to do.
My semi permanent nail polish started falling since day 1, and since now - less than 1 week, I have 2 fingers of nail polish almost all off. 2 out 10 fingers are still fine and one of the finger is just not used as it's injured. Big disappointment especially when all the comments are positive on Treatwell.

Rapport qualité/prix je n’ai pas connu mieux, c’est la 3eme fois que je m’y rend mais cette fois avec une amie et elle est aussi ravie de ses prestations (semi permanent main et pieds)
