Despite the initial language barrier (my French is not great), we communicated w/o issue and I had a great haircut; my first outside of the US

After explaining how we would like it, and during the short time I left to take off my coat the employee had started doing his own thing on my son's head without asking me. He didn't pay attention at all to the child,eh. if he needed anything during the haircut time. We talk about a 3 year old toddler and in the booking process I had already asked for a person experienced in toddlers with empathy, fun and patience. It was the absolute opposite. I do not recommend them, at least for toddlers!!!
