I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM. When I arrived, I was told that my slot had been double-booked and was asked to return at 11:30 AM instead. However, when I came back at 11:30, the shop was already closed. I was then informed that they were closing for the day and there was nothing they could do. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
