The worst manners ever! I’ve been to this place a few times before but never had any one behaved this way. I went in for a simple manicure with normal nail polish. The colour on my nails looked a bit lighter than the one I chose so I asked nicely if I could verify it. And indeed it was lighter. So instead of asking me if I wanted a third coat, the lady there insisted that the colour on my nails looked lighter because of the colour of my skin. All my reasoning was falling into deaf ears so I just cut the conversation short.
While applying the nail polish on my nails, the lady had accidentally put a tiny bit of nail polish on my cuticles so I asked her to remove it with some remover. She just answered that it’ll come off when I wash my hands at home. Seriously ? I mean I paid what was due for a neat and clean manicure with nail polish on my nails and not on my skin!
I insisted that she clean it off so she came with nail clippers and scraped the nail paint off my finger.
I’ve never had issues with this place before or with other people who work there but just because of one employee who was condescending, dishonest and unprofessional, I’ll never step foot ever again in this nail parlor .
