This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and spent more money. I had booked something specific and then it was changed while at the appointment but it wasn’t be try clear why. I ended up not getting the highlights and toner and soin treatment and ended up with a balayage and blowout - not what I desired. I asked about foils for highlights but they didn’t do it. Then I was charged 40 euros more than planned. Not happy!
