I contacted this hairdresser to get my hair done before my marriage, I contacted them to check for their availability on that day I was told that they will welcome me and even open their place early enough so I can prepare myself before the ceremony. I was told I must pay them a visit to check my hair and the confirm the time needed for the cut I want, I left my place running to arrive regardless of the short notice they gave me and upon discussing with them I was told that the staff won’t be available early in the morning and they are sorry as they won’t be able to accommodate me on that day as their staff isn’t willing. I am extremely confused and angered by these conflicting message and the interruption to my day which is unacceptable in point of view.
