I had an appointment at this salon for a pedicure and threading/coloring of my eyebrows. The threading and coloring was very well done and Nancy is a lovely person. BUT the time management of this salon is horrible!! The first time I needed to wait 50 minutes and thus there was no time left to do the pedicure I’ve booked. I’ve returned again the next day to do the pedicure, but she forgot my appointment and the salon was full with clients waiting since hours. So she told me that I need to wait again for at least 55minutes. As I haven’t expected to spend my Sunday evening there, I’ve decided to leave after 30min without getting the pedicure I’ve booked.
