A positive: the waxing was completed and the aesthetician adhered to the requested areas and didn't wax too much.
On the other hand, the room was not clean, there was hair/dust on the floor when I arrived which stuck to my socks and clothes. The waxing machine for the legs broke after 5 minutes and she made do, but it was uncomfortable and she dragged my skin a lot. And I didn't like her monologue on why I HAVE to wax my lower legs - in fact I don't have to do anything I don't want to, thanks
