Miroirs petits. Je sais que c'est le concept mais ça m'a fait bizarre.
Quant à la coupe, la coiffeuse était sans doute assez douée mais assez têtue - j'ai du insister à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir ce que je voulais. N'importe quelle cliente plus timide qui n'aurait pas osé insister serais ressortie déçue.
Satisfaite de la coupe malgré tout.

Amazing friendly service, a place of zen and no stress. Highly recommend the stylists here, they really care and they go above and beyond to please. Rare to find in Paris!

It was the worse experience in my life!!!
I had an apointment at 10AM, i had a coloration session. They didn't have the color i needed so they went to buy it, the problem is they even didn't ask which color i want and we didn't confirm the color. On my questions about the color i had the answer 'we are professional and we know what to do without your questions'. So, i waited for an hour and they started to color my hair, the hair color is not what i wanted and i expected, it's very different from what i tried to communicate. The place itself is very uncomfortable, you're sitting at the bar and a hairdresser makes a haircut to you, but in the same time a hairdresser which is on the right or on the leftdisturbs you because there is no place. The toilet is absolutely disgusting, it's full of garbage and there is no possibility to enter. the place is very noisy and people working there are very unattantive and contrary to be nice. Either they are not motivater or they don't like their job but it's for the 1st time in my life i had such a horrible experience.
