This salon has been the worst experience I’ve ever had – and completely unexpected from a place in Paris. I visited for a body and bikini wax, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The waxing room is extremely small and has no air conditioning or ventilation. In a space where hot wax is being used, this made the environment claustrophobic and unbearable – both the waxer and I were clearly uncomfortable from the heat. Worse, the person doing my waxing was in such a rush that I was left with scars, broken skin tissue, and a skin infection. I’ve had to start treatment and take painkillers due to how bad the reaction was. Their services aren’t cheap either – I paid over €100, and all I got in return was pain, skin damage, and complete disappointment. I am honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and care. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
