The entire reason I visited the facility was for the hammam. My partner and I were both left to rub ourselves down. I was highly disappointed at that. Spending so much money to basically sit in a sauna was frustrating. Then there were multiple times where we were left waiting and wondering what was supposed to be going on. Sitting around after getting out of the sauna my wife had to go and ask if anyone was coming there? Were we supposed to go somewhere? Not well organized. Massage was great, but the services beyond that were quite a disappointment.
