HONTEUX. J’ai pris rdv 1 mois à l’avance pour manucure + épilation avant mon départ en vacances. La manucure s’est très bien passée mais l’employée chargée de l’épilation n’est jamais venue. A fuir.

Wife went for a manicure, and was initially told it was 25 euros for a manicure, with an additional 10 euros to remove her existing gel manicure. Initially that was the price agreed on, with myself being present and witnessing that agreement.
After her manicure, my wife ended up having cut cuticles, and being charged an additional 25 euros for a total of 60 euros. After contacting said establishment via phone, the owner said it was an additional 25 euros for the gel manicure on top for the aforementioned prices agreed on. That was completely disingenuous on how they initially advertised to my wife and I, more so on how they charged her something she did not agree on. The owner even had the audacity to tell me we had agreed on the price prior to the services being performed. Completely dishonest!
I’d strongly recommend making sure you know what you agree on before undertaking services at this establishment, and perhaps researching a more honest business.
Very poor service and unprofessional overall. The pedicure did not last more than 15 min. No scrub nor massage. Your feet are just dipped in the water, nails cut and a rough cleaning of the cuticles. I would not recommend this place at all and would advise anyone to use the shop next to it where the ladies are getting the job done properly and without hassle.
