We booked a 'Spa Duo' treatment via Sesame (€250 for two, for two 30 min massages and 1h30 in the spa). The massages were very good and we were very warmly received by the staff, however my two complaints to stop giving this five stars are:
- Nothing was communicated to us in advance, aside from our 2h slot started at 17:30, as such we arrived at 17:25 to be told our massage would be at 17:30 and so we had to hurry up, as such, once we had been shown to the changing rooms / changed etc it was 17:35 before we started our massages and so we only got 25 mins.
- We were there at the end of the day and clearly the pool area hadn't been cleaned all the day, there were used towels everywhere, even used underpants used in the massage! For €250 I expected better cleanliness!

Bonjour - il m’est difficile de noter car je n’ai pu effectuer ma prestation - en effet j’ai chuté le matin de ma prestation et je n’ai pu m’y rendre - en appelant on m’a informé que le report ne serait pas possible car je ne respectais pas les 24h ce que je comprends mais ceci m’a été dit de façon très abrupte sans aucune compassion et de manière très expéditive …., c’est un peu dommage- on peut y mettre les formes quand on annonce à quelqu’un qu’elle perd sa prestation même si ceci est justifié
