I arrived at Widsline as a complete newbie in the field. Just turned 31, I wanted to get my first experience. Unfortunately I booked something, which was ( apparently) not compatible with my skin and I was way to young.
This is something that can happen! However when I arrived, nobody talked to me and just started the "treatment" I booked. Didn't ask for allergies, reason of choice, nothing.
When they started to take of the peeling, they asked me why I chose for this treatment. I said,I wasn't really sure what I had to take.
Then I understood why they asked.... The result was so extreme that my face was all read and burning. I still wanted to put the mistake on my side (I booked the wrong treatment), however after 2 days my chin was so damaged that it started to peel. The salon still charged me, even though they had to stop the treatment cause my skin was burning with everything they put on my face. They offered me a 2nd treatment, which was "correct" for my skin for "free", however I still had to pay the failed one at that point and we rebooked for the week after . I did pay for the treatment and made a new booking. Unfortunately due to work reasons I couldn't make it anymore and asked via a mail to postpone. However so far I didn't receive any answer. I really think this shows a lack of unprofessionalism and care.
Pity that it had to come to this point,

si vous pouvez à nouveau escompter le prix, le thérapeute est très sympathique. et s'il peut y avoir un nettoyage du visage avant de peeling

Au début j'étais contente car j’ai vu que le traitement se fait avec une machine (un truc à l'américaine) et non pas "à la main" comme d’habitude, mais le personnel n’a pas accompagné le processus. La fille n'a pas préparé ma peau pour le soin (nettoyage) et ne m’a rien expliqué du traitement. L'espace n'aide pas non plus car les box sont placés l’un à côté l'autre et le personnel parle comme s'il n’aurait personne dans la salle. Au niveau du traitement, je suis sortie contente, mais l'attente au début et le personnel m'ont un peu déçu.
