Updating my previous review:
My first treatment was not good for various reasons including poor technique, shortened/rushed service and improper set-up/cleaning before my session.
I reflected the poor experience in my review and was invited to come back for a makeup service. This time, it was done by the owner who did an excellent job. She explained each step, took her time, had good technique and was sensitive to my (Asian) skin’s needs. I would definitely go back and would trust her to put together a good treatment regimen for my skin.
In hindsight, my first treatment was probably poor because the esthetician was inexperienced and could have been more professional, though she was very nice. I think with proper training, this could be improved.
But all in all, the way widsline responded to remedy my first treatment shows their dedication to providing a great experience to their customers, and I appreciate that.
i have been going to widsline for several months now. i try to go every 2 weeks. always a pleasant experience. leah and alice are professional and does their job really well. they are both thorough with the cleaning. i love it! the place is clean and comfortable.
